(A) License and permit fees. The city ordinances of the city shall be amended to set annual licensing and permit fees for various activities which occur and are regulated by the city as follows:
(1) Annual licensing fees for the following activities shall be as set by the City Council from time to time:
(a) Off-sale liquor license;
(b) On-sale liquor license;
(c) On-sale 3.2% malt liquor;
(d) Off-sale 3.2% malt liquor;
(e) Temporary on sale 3.2% malt liquor;
(f) Club on-sale liquor license;
(g) Sunday on-sale liquor license;
(h) Initial liquor license investigation fee;
(i) Cigarette and tobacco sales license;
(j) Soft drink license;
(k) Dog or cat license; and
(l) Duplicate license fee.
(2) Annual permit fees for the following activities shall be as set by the City Council from time to time:
(a) Variance request; and
(b) Special use request.
(B) Licensing fees; amendment. The licensing fees and permit fees may be changed from time to time by the City Council by resolution with the licensing and permit fees being adjusted or amended at least 30 days before any adjusted license or permit fee taking effect.
