A Convention and Visitor's Bureau shall be established with the purpose of marketing and promoting the city as a tourist and convention center. The Convention and Visitor's Bureau may have a director to be chosen by the City Council and who will act at the direction of the City Administrator. The Convention and Visitor's Bureau shall promote the city as a convention and tourist destination.
