§ 31.221 AMBULANCE DIRECTOR.
   The Ambulance Director shall have the supervision and control of the ambulance service and its members. The Ambulance Director shall be responsible for the proper training of the members of the members. The Director shall be a department head and shall report to the City Administrator. The Ambulance Director is responsible for the discipline of members after review by the City Administrator. The Ambulance Director is responsible to the keeping and maintaining of all records. The Ambulance Director shall be responsible for the Department remaining HIPPA compliant. The Ambulance Director is responsible for maintaining and distributing all records in accordance with Minnesota and Federal law.
