The final plat, conforming substantially to the preliminary plat as approved, shall be submitted to the City Administrator at least 15 days before the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission. The City Administrator shall place the final plat on the agenda of the next regular Planning Commission meeting and send notices as may be required.
