Before any lot or parcel less than five acres in area may be conveyed of record, the owner shall file with the City Administrator at least 15 working days before the regular meeting date of the Planning Commission, the following materials:
(A) A completed subdivision application including payment of the application fees;
(B) Ten prints of a preliminary plat completed in compliance with the provision of § 155.46; and
(C) Other supplementary material as enumerated in this chapter.
