§ 155.25 CONCEPT PLAN REVIEW.
   Prior to the filing of an application of a preliminary plat, the owner or owner’s representative and his or her surveyor or engineer shall meet with the City Planning Commission for informal discussion of the proposed plat. As far as may be practical on the basis of the informal discussion, the Planning Commission will advise as to the extent which the proposed subdivision concept conforms to the city’s land use policy plan, this chapter and other applicable city ordinances and suggest possible plan modifications necessary to ensure conformance. In addition to the informal review of the concept, the owner shall be notified of the kind and extent of improvements to be made by him or her.
