§ 154.056 PUBLIC UTILITIES.
   Standards:
   (A)   Any public or private supply of water for domestic purposes must meet or exceed standards for water quality of the State Department of Health and the State Pollution Control Agency; and
   (B)   Any premises used for human occupancy must be provided with municipal sewer and water.
