§ 156.01 DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIARIES PRIOR TO LEASE.
   Prior to the execution of a lease for real estate by the county and the Trustee of an Indiana Land Trust pursuant to I.C. 36-1-10 et seq., all named beneficiaries of the Indian Land Trust shall be disclosed to the political subdivision or agent of the county executing the lease, and a copy of the trust agreement naming the beneficiaries shall be filed with the County Auditor's Office for public inspection.
