Buildings or structures erected, altered, moved, razed, or converted, or any use of land or premises carried on in violation of any provision of this chapter are declared to be a nuisance per se. Any and all buildings, structures, or land use activities considered possible violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be reported to the Plan Commission staff.
