§ 154.101 OFF-STREET LOADING.
   (A)   On the same premises with every building, structure, or part thereof, hereafter erected, established, or enlarged and occupied for manufacturing, storage, warehouse goods display, department store, wholesale store, market, hotel, mortuary, laundry, dry cleaning, or other uses, involving the receipt or distribution by vehicles of material or merchandise, there shall be provided and maintained adequate space for standing, loading, and unloading in order to avoid undue interference with public use of the street or alley.
   (B)   The space, unless otherwise adequately provided for shall include a 12-foot by 35-foot loading space with 14-foot height clearance for every 20,000 square feet or fraction thereof in excess of 3,000 square feet of floor area used for above mentioned purposes, or for every 20,000 square feet or fraction thereof in excess of 3,000 square feet of land used for the above mentioned purposes. These requirements may, upon appeal, be increased, modified, or waived by the Board of Zoning Appeals where the conditions or circumstances justify the action, provided it has obtained thereon recommendation from the County Highway Supervisor.
