Any person or corporation, whether as principal, agent, or employee who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300 for each offense, such fine to inure to the county. Each day of the existence of any violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
