§ 152.077 PERMITTED VARIANCES.
   Where, in the opinion of the Plan Commission, an existing manufactured home park can be improved to an acceptable degree of conformity with this chapter, they may recommend to the County Council that certain and specific minor deviations from this chapter be granted without impairing the intent and purpose of this chapter. The Plan Commission recommendation for variance shall be based upon the nature, extent, and significance of the proposed deviation. All requests for variances to the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be acted upon prior to submission of the final plan.
