§ 157.091 DUTIES OF VARIANCE OF USE AND APPEALS BOARD.
   The Board shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged an error in any requirement, decision, or determination is made by the Floodplain Administrator in the enforcement or administration of this chapter. Any such appeal to the Board shall be conducted as outlined in Chapter 154 of this Code of Ordinances. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Board may appeal such decision to the Lake County Circuit or Superior Court.
