Any developer proposing a manufactured home park in the unincorporated area of Lake County shall submit to the Plan Commission staff, at an informal conference, a legal description of the property, and a sketch plan of the proposed park. The pre-application conference is to permit the applicant the opportunity of consultation with the staff prior to submission of the preliminary plan.
