§ 151.026 RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons or entities shall have the right to appeal the Building Department's decision first through the County Board of Zoning Appeals and then to the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-12-7-11 or 22-12-7-12 as applicable.
