(A) For a violation of any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not already applied, that violation shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, parent, legal guardian, firm, or corporation violating any provision of § 130.02 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(C) The penalty for a violation of § 130.15 is a fine of not less than $25 and no more than $500.
