(A) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or who refuses to comply with any lawful order, rules and regulations of the Health Officer, shall upon conviction be punished for the fist offense by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $50. For the second or any subsequent offense, by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300. Each and every violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) In addition to the penalties in division (A), any person who operates a food-service establishment without obtaining a service permit under this chapter shall be fined $100 per day for each day that the violation exists. The fines shall take effect after a 30-day written notice has been sent by the Lake County Health Department to the food-service establishment in violation of this division.
