In enforcing this chapter, a person shall make available to the County Inspector during normal business hours all records, including but not limited to, business and financial records, ownership date, repair records, checks, vendor invoices, purchase order and/or work orders. A person shall fax or send by U.S. mail records requested by the County Inspector within two business days from the date they were requested or from the date stipulated in this chapter.
