§ 110.08 LICENSES.
   (A)   A license shall be required at any location using an instrument or engaged in the buying, selling, bartering, or exchanging of goods or commodities. Locations engaged in selling, bartering or exchanging packaged food items that are enclosed in a container or wrapper in any manner in advance of retail sale are also required to obtain a license. The County Inspector shall issue a license to applicants qualifying under this chapter. A license issued under this chapter is only valid for the calendar year unless revoked or suspended by the County Inspector and is not transferable.
   (B)   A person doing business at two or more locations shall obtain a separate license for each location. Where multiple persons operate at the same street address, each person using an instrument shall obtain a license. Only one license shall be required for persons located at the same address if multiple persons use and share the same instrument and benefits from the items sold.
