§ 96.05 OFFICERS.
   At the first regular meeting each year, the Trustees of the Board shall elect a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Secretary from their number. The Vice-Chairperson shall act as Chairperson during the absence or disability of the Chairperson.
