§ 95.27 FINES APPLICABLE FOR FALSE ALARMS.
   (A)   Any alarm user having false alarms on more than four dates in any 90-day period shall pay a fine in the sum of $50 for each additional false alarm beyond the four.
   (B)   Fines are payable to the County Sheriff to be deposited in the Sheriff's General Fund, within five days after notice of the violation.
   (C)   Any alarm user who does not pay the above fine within the time prescribed shall be subject to having the permit revoked pursuant to § 95.29.
