§ 95.06 DELINQUENT FEES.
   By January 31 of each year, each service supplier that is required to collect the fee for Lake County shall provide a delinquent fee report to the County Auditor. The report shall list the name, address, and amount due to each service user who is two or more months delinquent in paying the 911 fee.
