§ 95.04 COLLECTION OF MONTHLY SERVICE FEE.
   Each service supplier that collects the enhanced emergency telephone system fee on behalf of the county is entitled to a 3% administrative fee as compensation for collecting fees. The remaining amount of the fee collected during the calendar quarter shall be remitted to the County Auditor within ten days after the last day of the quarter. At the same time that the collected fees are remitted, the service supplier shall provide a fee collection report to the County Auditor on a form provided and approved by the County Auditor.
