§ 94.86 RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR INSPECTIONS; ACCESS TO RECORDS.
   The person operating the disposal site shall, upon request of the Health Officer, permit access to all parts of the ground and at a reasonable time by the Health Officer and shall permit him or her to copy any and all records pertaining to the sources of garbage and rubbish transported thereto for disposal.
