§ 94.70 AFTER WORKING HOURS.
   (A)   Access to the site shall be controlled to keep unauthorized persons out after working hours.
   (B)   An adequate receptacle shall be placed at the entrance of a sanitary landfill to aid in refuse depositing after working hours. The receptacle shall be emptied as necessary or as determined by the Health Officer.
