§ 94.56 DRAINAGE FACILITIES TO BE ADEQUATE.

   The entire disposal site, including the fill area shall be graded and provided with adequate drainage facilities to:

   (A)   Minimize storm water runoff onto or into the fill, with a minimum slope of 2% and a maximum slope of 25%;

   (B)   Prevent erosion or washing of the fill area;

   (C)   Drain off rain water falling on the fill area; and

   (D)   Prevent the collection of standing water.
