§ 94.55 NECESSARY EQUIPMENT OF ADEQUATE SIZE AND CAPACITY REQUIRED FOR OPERATION.
   Any person engaged in refuse disposal by means of a sanitary landfill shall have available at all times the necessary equipment of adequate size and capacity to satisfactorily operate the sanitary landfill.
