§ 94.40 EASEMENT; RECORDING.
   The exact legal description shall be defined for obtaining a permit for a sanitary landfill easement and the easement shall be recorded with the County Recorder of Deeds for a period of at least 20 years after the completion of the sanitary landfill. The recording shall be done prior to issuance of the permit.
