§ 94.35 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS IN ADDITION TO ZONING CODE.
   Selection of a sanitary landfill site is one of the most critical steps toward an environmentally sound operation. Listed in this subchapter are the minimum requirements that shall be met for site selection. These minimum requirements are in addition to any requirements of the county zoning code.
