§ 94.24 FEES.
   No permit signed by the Health Officer shall be valid until it has been countersigned by the County Treasurer. The County Treasurer shall countersign a properly signed permit upon payment to the Treasurer of a permit fee in the amount established by the county. The moneys of fees collected under the terms of this chapter shall revert to the County General Fund.
