Any permit issued by the Health Officer shall contain the name of the operator and the real property owners, the address of the premises for which it is issued, and other pertinent information as may be required by the Health Officer. Prior to the issuance of any permit, the Health Officer shall make a general inspection of the proposed disposal site. No permit shall be issued until all requirements of this chapter are met.
