§ 91.07 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS.
   The work done and activity in connection with the construction, reconstruction, maintenance, operation, or repair of grantee's CATV system shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the state, and the United States of America, including the FCC and any other local, county, state, or federal agency having jurisdiction.
