§ 91.05 NONEXCLUSIVE FRANCHISE.
   The rights, privileges, and franchise granted hereby are not exclusive and nothing herein contained shall be construed to prevent grantor from granting any like or similar rights, privileges, and franchise to any other person within all or any portion of grantor.
