There is granted to Newtown County Cablevision, Inc. the right, privilege and franchise to have, acquire, construct, reconstruct, maintain, use, and operate in the franchise area a CATV system, and to have, acquire, construct, reconstruct, maintain, use, and operate in, over, under, and along the present and future streets of franchise area as well as other easements and rights-of-way held by franchise area all necessary or desirable poles, towers, anchors, wires, and other structures and appurtenances necessary for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a CATV system in the franchise area.
