§ 90.30 TRANSFERENCE.
   (A)   A license, permit, or waiver issued to a person under this chapter shall not be transferable or assignable to another person by the person holding the license, permit, or waiver.
   (B)   A license, permit or waiver issued to a person for a specific animal under this chapter shall not be transferable or assignable to another animal.
