(A) A person shall not feed, tease, tantalize, molest, or provoke an animal without the express consent of the animal's owner or keeper, if any, while the animal is on the owner or keeper's property or under the owner or keeper's control.
(B) Neither a person in violation of this section who is attacked or bitten by the animal, nor a person having a derivative claim by reason of injury to that person, shall have a right of action to recover damages from the owner or keeper of the animal.
