   (H)   It shall be a violation of this schedule to operate a motor vehicle, including a truck or other commercial vehicle, with a weight exceeding any of the above load limitations. The violation may be established by:
      (1)   Actual weighing on an appropriate portable or stationary scale, within five miles of a stop, as authorized by I.C. 9-29-17-3;
      (2)   The motor vehicle having a license plate, registration, tag, and/or gross vehicle weight rating placard reflecting a weight in excess of one of the above limitations, with such being prima facie evidence of a violation of this schedule;
      (3)   The registration for the vehicle;
      (4)   The bill of lading corresponding to the load on the motor vehicle; or
      (5)   Any other evidence used by the enforcement officer in the normal course of duties.
   (I)   Notwithstanding the weight limits listed in divisions (A) through (G), and exemptions listed therein, division (H) shall not apply to commercial and private deliveries and pickups of goods and materials.
