§ 70.08 ERECTION OF ADDITIONAL SIGNS AND DEVICES.
   Traffic-control signs or devices and speed limits hereafter erected by ordinance of County Council shall control traffic after the erection thereof, and no driver of a vehicle shall disobey the instructions of the traffic-control signs or devices of the speed limits.
