§ 50.02 DEPOSITING OBJECTIONABLE WASTES ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place, deposit, or permit to be deposited in any unsanitary manner upon public or private property within the county, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the county, excrement, or sewage.
