§ 35.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person in violation of this chapter for which a penalty is not prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any individual found in violation of §§ 35.01 through 35.07 without good cause shall be fined at least $5 but nor more than $100. The County Attorney shall be responsible for the enforcement of §§ 35.01 through 35.07, and prosecuting violations.
