§ 34.16 SIZE AND APPOINTMENT.
   The number of reserves and their appointment to the reserve unit shall not exceed 400 and shall be administered by the County Sheriff's Merit Board, which shall establish rules and procedures consistent with I.C. 36-8-3-20.
