§ 37.285 LAKE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT’S LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE FUND, A NON- REVERTING FUND.

   (A)   The Lake County Council establishes the Lake County Health Department's Local Public Health Services Fund, Fund No. 1161, a non-reverting fund, for the deposit of State funding

for the purpose of providing new or improved "Core Public Health Services" pursuant to Senate Enrolled Act 4, Section 40.

   (B)   That money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall remain in the Fund and not revert to the General Fund.
