(A) The Lake County Council hereby establishes the Superior Court of Lake County Criminal Division's Criminal Probation Department - SAFE Advance Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund for the deposit of $19,700 from the Geminus Corporation.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County Council as the fiscal body, shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Superior Court of Lake County, Criminal Division's Criminal Probation Department - SAFE Advance Grant Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council.
(D) In the event future SAFE Grants are awarded to the Criminal Probation Department, such grants may be accounted for using this Fund.
