§ 37.241 LAKE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE AND RELIEF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS (CRRSA) IMMUNIZATION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR COVID-19 VACCINATIONS AND OTHER ROUTINE VACCINATIONS FEDERAL REIMBURSEMENT GRANT FUND, A NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   That the Lake County Health Department Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Immunization Cooperative Agreement for COVID-19 Vaccinations and Other Routine Vaccinations Federal Reimbursement Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established to account for this $790,678.82 grant award.
   (B)   That pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
   (C)   Any money remaining in the fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Health Department Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Immunization Cooperative Agreement for COVID-19 Vaccinations and Other Routine Vaccinations Federal Reimbursement Grant Fund.
   (D)   In the event the Lake County Health Department receives additional federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Immunization Cooperative Agreement grant awards from the IDOH, such grant awards may be accounted for using the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Immunization Cooperative Agreement for COVID-19 Vaccinations and Other Routine Vaccinations Federal Reimbursement Grant Fund.
