§ 37.237 LAKE COUNTY SHERIFF'S PROJECT LIFESAVER PROGRAM GRANT FUND, A NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   The Lake County Sheriff’s Project Lifesaver Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $11,104 from the Crown Point Community Foundation.
   (B)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
   (C)   Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Sheriff’s Project Lifesaver Grant Fund.
