(A) The Lake County Community Economic Development's American Rescue Plan (ARP) Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Direct Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Community Economic Development's American Rescue Plan (ARP) Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Direct Grant Fund.
(D) The LCCEDD agrees to return unobligated funds to the U.S. Department of the Treasury at the conclusion of the grant period pursuant to Section 3201(a) of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, Pub. L. No. 117-2 (March 11, 2021).
