(A) The Lake Circuit Court, Lake Superior Court - Juvenile Division and Lake Superior Court - Civil Division Alternative Dispute Resolution Fee Fund, a non-reverting fund, Fund No. 409 is established for the deposit of fees collected at the time of filing a petition for legal separation, paternity or dissolution of marriage pursuant to I.C. 33-23-6-1.
(B) Appropriations from the separate funds shall be subject to approval by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law, at the request of the Lake Circuit Court, Lake Superior Court - Juvenile Division and Lake Superior Court - Civil Division be used to foster domestic relations alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, reconciliation, non-binding arbitration and parental counseling as provided by I.C. 33-23-6-1.
(C) Any money remaining in the separate funds at the end of the year shall not revert to the General Fund but continue in the respective fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council, or as otherwise provided by law.
