(A) The Lake County Council hereby establishes the Lake County Adult Community Corrections (LCACC) Program, Lake Superior Court, Criminal Division 2 Therapeutic Intervention Court (TIC), Problem Solving Court - Mental Health Court Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund for the deposit of $10,000 from the Indiana Supreme Court.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County Council as the fiscal body, shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Adult Community Corrections (LCACC) Program, Lake Superior Court, Criminal Division 2 Therapeutic Intervention Court (TIC), Problem Solving Court - Mental Health Court Grant Fund, subject to appropriation by the Lake County Council.
