§ 37.224 LAKE COUNTY COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT'S CARES ACT - CDBG COVID-19 COMMUNITY CONNECTION FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (CCPWD) GRANT FUND, A NON-REVERTING FUND.
   (A)   The Lake County Community Economic Development Department's CARES Act - CDBG COVID-19 Community Connection for People with Disabilities (CCPWD) Grant Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $110,000 in funds. An amount not-to-exceed $104,500 of said funds shall be used by the sub-recipient New Star Services to create virtual courses for health and wellness, employment readiness and creative expression; the partnership will also purchase 25 tablets for a device lending library to facilitate access to the virtual courses.
   (B)   An amount not-less-than $5,500 in CCPWD Grant funds may be charged by the Lake County Community Economic Development Department to administer the grant.
   (C)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
   (D)   Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Community Economic Development Department's CARES Act - CDBG COVID-19 Community Connection for People with Disabilities (CCPWD) Grant Fund. Any grant reimbursement funds will be de-obligated at the expiration date of this grant agreement.
