(A) The Lake County Community Economic Development Department's CARES Act CDBG CV Fund, a non-reverting fund, is established for the deposit of $886,613 in supplemental funds from HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). Said funds shall be used to prevent, prepare for and respond to the coronaries as provided in the CARES Act.
(B) Pursuant to I.C. 36-2-5-2(b), the Lake County fiscal body shall appropriate all money to be paid out of the Fund, except as otherwise provided by law.
(C) Any money remaining in the Fund at the end of the year shall not revert to any other fund but continues in the Lake County Community Economic Development Department's CARES Act CDBG CV Fund.
